》The End User and Installer shall follow all safety, warning instructions and detail listed in the operations manual before attempting to install or operate the Electric Actuator. Process Systems will not be liable for damages due to operator negligence or misuse.
》The installer is to verify that the supply voltage is in accordance with the data on the nameplate of the actuator and all electrical connections are as per the wiring diagrams listed below and inside the cap of the acutator. Failure to do so may result in short circuit or electrical/electronic parts being damaged by the incorrect power input.
》Turn off power to the actuator before undertaking any electrical or maintenance works. Ensure a ground wire is connected to the PE point inside the Electric Actuator. To avoid functional failure from static, do not tough any components on the PCB with Metal Tools or Bare Hands.
》When wiring multiple actuators together, an extra relay or Isolating Relay Module (Contact Sales) must be used.
》The installer is to follow proper techniques and suitable IP rated cable glands when installing the wiring to the actuator to properly seal the connection. Failure to do so may allow condensation to form or external moisture to enter the actuator.
》These actuators are not designed to be used in a vacuum environment.
● Clean the actuator and surrounding area regularly to prevent the accumulation of dirt or debris.
● Lubricate moving parts as recommended by the manufacturer.
● Inspect electrical connections periodically for any signs of wear or corrosion.
● Keep a record of maintenance activities and schedule routine inspections to detect and address any potential problems promptly.
